The rich flavors and exotic cuisine of Spain comes to Harvest Vine on Saturday, July 15th for the restaurant’s “Feria España” Spanish Wine and Food Fair. This is a wonderful opportunity to sample some excellent Spanish wines and sherries alongside delicious small bites as you shop Spanish food products from Culinary Collective and Aneto.

Harvest Vine is known for some creative and tasty Basque dishes featuring many of these food ingredients that are harder to find here in the Pacific Northwest, so this is your chance!

You’ll get to meet a handful of the importers and purveyors, chat with Harvest Vine staff about the food and wine products, and sample some delicious small bites. Chef Joey Serquinia will be creating these appetizers and demonstrating how to use the unique ingredients on sale at the Fair.

The wines and sherries at this Spanish Wine and Food Fair are brought to you by Europvin, American NW Wines and Vinea Imports. You’ll find some bottles that are typically very difficult for consumers to find.

The food products are offered by Culinary Collective and a couple of their featured brands and producers, such as Aneto. In addition to some wonderful Paella Kits stocked with rice and non-perishable ingredients in a 6-person paella pan, there will be meats, cheeses, olive oils, peppers and more.

Tickets are $20 per person, and include a $10 credit toward any food and/or wine purchase at the Fair. There will be discounts for purchases of cases of wine and purchases of six or more bottles.
